This 4-week programme is designed to help enhance self-care and build meaningful connections through meditation, mindful photography, and reflective activities. Each week focuses on different aspects of self-care and connection, integrating meditation and mindful photography to deepen the experience.

4-week programme will cover:

Week 1 - Self-Care and Self-Connection

Establish a foundation for self-care and develop a deeper connection with yourself.

Week 2 - Deepening Self-Care Practices

Enhance your self-care practices and deepen self-connection.

Week 3 - Connection with Others

Explore and enhance your connections with others.

Week 4 - Sustaining Connection and Self-Care

Develop sustainable habits for self-care and connection.

Workshop Overview:
